6 days after the Brexit referendum
On the 23rd of June the Brexit referendum will take place, this is capital for the future of Great Britain as well as for the European Union whatever the results. 6 days after the referendum has taken place, we will be able to broach this matter with H.E. the British Ambassador to Belgium on the different paths presented to the British population and the Europeans:
- if it is the pro “yes” side that wins, when will the exit from the European Union take place and what will be the consequences of this break up?;
- if it is the pro “no” side that wins, how will the new pact between Great Britain and the other union members be negotiated ? (as promised by David Cameron)
In both cases, what will be the traces (undoubtedly deep) that will be left behind after this initiative whilst Europe is already going through one of its most delicate moments of its existence? This will be a passionate lunch debate that we encourage you to attend, after the intervention of H.E. the British Ambassador to Belgium there will be a question / answer session. The number of places is of course limited, we would therefore like to insist that your confirm your participation as soon as possible.
